Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Horticulture / Agriculture/Plant Sciences (with working experience of plantation tree crops) from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) Seven years experience in a responsible capacity (out of which 5 years experience in a Group A post under the Central Government or equivalent) in agriculture development with particular reference to coconut crop.

Deputy Director (Marketing) - 01 Post – Direct Recruitment (Unreserved)
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs. 6600
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Seven years experience in a responsible capacity (out of which 5 years should be in a Group A post under the Central Government or equivalent) in Marketing/Processing of Agricultural Commodities and in Market Intelligence/Market Surveys and Market Promotion activities.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years (Relaxation applicable as per rules.)
Field Officer - 1 Post – Direct Recruitment
Pay Scale: Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs.2400
Emolument: Secondary School Leaving Certificate with a pass in the Certificate/ Diploma course in Agriculture/ Horticulture conducted by the Rural Institute/Horticulture or Agriculture Department or equivalent with 2 years experience in Agriculture/ Horticulture operations including supervision. (ii) Knowledge of the local language where the farm/ office is located.
